Minor bug fixes (build 107h)

Hello Cadets! Some wingmates have been experiencing bugs that “soft lock” the game, especially during a clash with the Dragons (inside the mothership). I've reversed some parts of the code that could do this in this build. I've also been investigating other (rare) cases of soft locks. Thank you for your patience! I've also created a new Beta Channel (old_stable) with the latest stable build, b106c. Use this channel if you find any bugs and want to continue playing immediately or help with testing. This is accessible in the properties of the game on Steam (Beta tab). Other changes: Changes to the tutorial message to improve compatibility with Steam Deck. Bug fixes to Russian localization texts.
