Tactics of World War I changes
I just released patch 1.0.9 for TACTICS OF WORLD WAR 1. Despite testing, I overlooked an issued with the behaviour of the mortars in the game. They were designed to zero in on their targets, becoming more accurate the longer they shoot at a single target. However, they did not always behave in this way, which made the mortars much more subject to randomness than they should have been. This patch therefore primarily adresses this issue
Mortars in the game are now much more predictable, just as intended. At the same time, I had to rebalance the mortars and tanks to account for the changes made to the mortars' accuracy. I believe these changes should make for a much better experience.

Bug fixes
Fixed an issue with the accuracy of mortars and added an indicator for it. Fixed an issue where the combat medic would stop following its assigned unit.
Improvements
Added a visual designator for the current mortar accuracy. Added new tips to the skirmish loading screen.
Balancing
Reduced the hit points of tanks. Reduced the damage dealt by mortars.
