We are excited to share this major update which enables solo play. We know that players have opened our Early Access build of Tabletop Warriors and been discouraged to not find an active session to join - but no longer!

addedWe are excited to share this major update which enables solo play. We know that players have opened our Early Access build of Tabletop Warriors and been discouraged to not find an active session to join - but no longer! With this update, anyone can host a game and play as a Warrior. Simply host a game as a GM and activate the new mystical portal in the tower. Choose your Warrior character, then select a dungeon from the dungeon selection book in the Tavern lobby.
addedWe are also excited to announce many fixes and new additions as a part of this major update, including a new Mummy enemy, improvements to the Tavern Store, Treasure Chests, and more!
changedFIXESFleeing enemies can no longer move while held -Enemies no longer flee into a pit space -Deadly Cube now properly creating a little cube on death and can cast a poison cloud -An open Catacombs illusion door no longer blocks targeting -Wall hazard now removes appropriate wall details when placed -Critter monsters no longer count as kills when calculating Gold -Items carried by Warriors on their backs can no longer interact with the dungeon -Projectile weapons can no longer target monsters through gates -Increased cool down on the Bow -Reduced speed at which ghosts can spawn -Monsters firing projectiles will now attempt to face Warriors while they fire

ADDITIONS

-GM can now play as a Warrior

  • New Mirror Portal in Tower room and the Tavern where a GM can transform into a player and back (this can only be done if there is currently no active dungeon)

  • All cards normally held by the GM will automatically be placed in the dungeon

  • Monsters will now wander while the GM is a Warrior, making room for new monsters to spawn

-Added more randomized weapons for enemies -Wall hazard can now be placed on single wall -Reduced prices for all items in Tavern Store -New Mummy enemy with elite variant -Hazards can now be temporarily disabled by warriors -New poster displaying GM controls -Treasure Chests now show an animation, briefly displaying any card they contain -Fireball now uses a ground target instead of an enemy

Tabletop Warriors is a VR game designed to be used on devices that supports openXR - such as the Valve Index, Oculus Rift, and the Meta Quest (using the Meta Quest Link software).
