Fixed - Linux Startup Problem

It will be fixed in the new version. In the meantime, xekarfwtos has figured out how to work around:

If you have another Steam Game installed on your system, search for the following two files:
- libCSteamworks.so
- libsteam_api.so
Copy these two files into the following directories where ever TableTop Soccer is installed:
- TableTop Soccer/TableTopSoccer_Data/Plugins/x86
- TableTop Soccer/TableTopSoccer_Data/Plugins/x86_64
