Heyka! 🐈⬛😉
The work on the game is moving full steam ahead! Below, you can see the current state of the inventory system. I felt that since the world of Ta-Miu is already rich in color and detail, a simple, minimalist inventory design would be a perfect fit. Of course, I couldn’t resist adding some Egyptian touches – above the cat’s inventory, you’ll see the wings of Horus from Behedet.
What do you think? Do you prefer minimalist UI – like in the iconic Gothic series – or more complex ones, like in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt?
Keep in mind this may not be the final look of the inventory. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I haven’t yet started working with graphic artists, so everything you see was made by me – with a little help from AI. For now, it’ll have to do 😉
I’m currently polishing the quest system – creating and adding new graphics along the way. I’m also working on puzzles – you’ll be able to test your observation skills and, most importantly, get friendly with hieroglyphs! The maps are already finished and waiting for adventure! 🐾
As I mentioned before, my goal is to prepare a stable demo version of the game for you to test very soon. I’ll share more details about that in the next devlog 😉
