Synthetic Paradox changes
This content patch is focusing on expanding the Chaos damage type, expanding the possibilities of builds and experimentation even further with new items, perk, tower, amulet, skill and new enemy!
New Items:
Pandora's box - Every time you attack you have a 5% chance to activate a random effect:
Heal, attack speed, bonus damage, self-damage, teleport to random location or spawn hostile Shade.
Exotic Molecules - Taking damage has a 20% chance to deal AOE Chaos damage back to the attackers.
Chaotic Pertrubator - When you deal damage with all 3 elements within 1 second, increase crit chance of 5 random allies by 1%.
New Skill:
Chaos Scrap Launcher - Use 50% of your scrap to launch a explosive projectile dealing chaos damage based on scrap consumed. Costs 99 stamina.
New Amulet:
Chaotic Expenditure - Every time you gain or lose scrap, you have 20% chance to launch a projectile dealing chaos damage.
New Tower:
Amalgam Tower - Slow/medium fire-rate chaos-damage tower. Attacking may lead to "haywire state". Haywire state boosts attack speed and damage, but targeting becomes erratic.
New Perk:
Chaos starting Tower - Your basic tower now deals chaos damage and gains random item after being built.
New Enemy:
Chaos Beast - Rare miniboss that hunts players with chaos items
