Fix: popup energy pickup in mutiplayer should give the bonus to correct player
Fix: rare issue where the game stuck at "waiting for other players"
Fix: negative difficulty modifiers in multiplayer
Fix: issue where enemeis could suddendy fly to other side of map
Fix: incorrect behavior when users left multiplayer game
Fix: knockback immune enemies (bosses, minibosses, guard,..) recived knockback
