New sprites for for minibosses and T3 Towers
Added stopwatch that shows time spent in a level
Added camera speed setting
Added pause in singleplayer only
Screen notification on taking damage
Added cooldown indication for skills and equipable items
Blood Citadel
Altars can be also charged by killing enemies
Improved spawner location to spawn more enemies when charging the altar
Improved objective texts
Added vizual indication that altar is charged by killing enemies
Enemies show small text with percentage charge added on death

Improved objective texts and added names to the generators
