New armour!
Leather! Studded leather! Chain mail! These provide good protection from bash damage but can be pierced. They currently all have the the same stats but will be tweaked. Plate blocks bladed weapons well but provides little protection from heavy impacts. Heavier armours provide better damage protection overall but slow down character movement.
Armour UI
With multiple armour options with their own benefits and negatives the armour ui gives you options to mix and match or replace damaged pieces. Holding Y, Δ or ALT opens the menu, movement or aiming (left stick or mouse), changes the selection and pickup/drop (RB, LB, LT, RT, Q, E) will drop the selected piece.

Auto throw
You can now auto throw by holding both triggers (overhead stance) then releasing both. More advanced manual throwing is still entirely possible too - timing a good swing and release.
Guarding stance
Inspiration image above - Samurai Jack Holding left trigger (or right click) is a guarding stance which tries to angle your weapon to deflect incoming attacks. It is not a perfect automatic instant blocker but another tool to work with. Still need to utilize momentum and positioning.
