Swords of Gurrah changes
Soon has finally come! The Update is finally here and the game is 50% off. So for those who don’t have it, there is no better time. Everyone spread word! If you are in game please exit and restart to update. If you run into any major issues or bugs please report them to us and we will fix them.
Now for the notes:
General:
Upgraded Net Code – You have never blocked so well before!
Full new UI
Full SFX pass
Password lobbies
Further Graphic optimizations and scaler in options
Oculus touch controller menu button moved to A button
Oculus touch controllers now have finger support
Lobby leader now marked with a crown
Name tags and nametag toggle
Increased snap turn speed in options
Added Left hand controls support
No longer get stuck fading to black on level transition
Added additional option Floating camera
Added additional option 3rd person camera
Locker room auto balances team count
Added inventory in menu
Lobbies will no longer merge
Weapons no longer break when close together using snap turn
Sprinting no longer cancels while going uphill
Game character pauses when you remove your headset
Locomotion smoothing/removed movement speed replication bug
Weapons no longer go invisible when returning from arena
Join our discord button now in exit game section of the menu – opens it in your browser
Customization:
New UI provides player model in menu
2 New helmets
Mechanics:
Holsters: Left hip, Right Hip, Back
Weapons:
Katana and sheath
Xbow (Crossbow) – ranged combat!
1h/2h hybrid system – weapons now can be used and change attributes based on hands
2h weapon gripping improved
Polearm weapons can trigger a parry when blocking between your hands
Shields no longer break when hit in the middle
Shields no longer break on teammate shields or weapons
Duel wielding walk speed increased
Fixed Duel wielding opponent regen bug
Increased dagger walk speed
Decreased dagger damage on chest stab
Made it so multiple weapons can be hit by harden, pole and sheath
Increased damage on Shuriken thrown head shot
Additional balance changes
Game modes:
New Game modes: King of the hill, Oddball, Attack/defend
You can now switch teams in the middle of match
Flag stands now have color
Added additional options for all game modes
Fixed bug where CTF flags would disappear
Maps:
New maps: Dojo, Cherry Blossom cliffs, Canyon
Monster Arena now has all game mode options
Collision fixed on Aqueducts
Collision fixed on Marketplace
Further optimization on arena
Updated lighting and optimized more assets
