ROYAL RUMBURGIAN NAVY SECURE CONTROL OF THE SEAS IN OPERATION SEASPOKE; ADVANCE TO LAND OPERATIONS

At 6:35AM today, the Royal Rumburgian Navy announced a decisive victory over Agnolian naval forces during Operation Seaspoke, conducted amid the treacherous currents and shifting tides off the coast of Odrejk.

After fierce combat, Rumburg's naval formations shattered the principal elements of the Agnolian fleet, causing the enemy's capacity to resist to ebb rapidly as warships were destroyed, disabled, or forced into retreat.

Although several Royal Rumburgian Navy vessels, including the mighty RNS Obsidian and RNS Turquoise, sustained damage during the engagement, all operational objectives were achieved. Repair operations are currently underway at the dockyards of Port Grim.

The battle represented one of the largest naval actions undertaken by the Kingdom in recent memory. The Kingdom commends the courage and resolve of its sailors and officers, with particular distinction awarded to Lieutenant General Corvin Duskern. By decree of Princess Livingston and endorsed by Supreme Commander Regent Duke Eadric Wulfbury, Lt. Gen. Duskern will receive the Order of the Iron Rose tomorrow for his leadership during the engagement.

With victory at sea secured, Rumburg’s Armed Forces will now direct military resources toward ongoing land operations, including the deployment and reinforcement of troops in the Tzarsbourgh region.

The Kingdom honors all who served in this historic victory, whose sacrifice has safeguarded the realm and demonstrated the strength and unity of the Rumburgian people.

Authorized by, Supreme Commander Regent Duke Eadric Wulfbury * * * * * * *
