Fixed an issue where, after returning to the menu and starting a new run, buildings could sometimes no longer be placed.

The issue was caused by the path validation system initializing before the player and NavMesh were fully ready.

Building placement checks now correctly wait for the navigation system and player to be initialized before validating paths.

This should fix cases where buildings stayed red and could not be placed after restarting a run.
