With today’s update, we want to address the biggest offenders and smooth out your gameplay experience, especially when playing with a friend in online or local co-op.

We watched some of you play through the first story missions, and we’d be the first to agree that there were still issues to iron out. With today’s update, we want to address the biggest offenders and smooth out your gameplay experience, especially when playing with a friend in online or local co-op.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed several UX issues with the tutorial based on your feedback!

  • Fixed several issues with weapon aiming, including vertical aiming and problematic target placement in the Tutorial.

  • Fixed a bug where both characters would get stuck on the Character Perk Station if they interact with it at the same time.

  • Fixed Nu’s Evade skill aim where the character is facing instead of aiming location; Expect a setting that would allow you to set your preferred behavior - to follow the character movement or the cursor position.

  • Fixed missing ambient sounds. Now Haven sounds more alive than ever.

  • Fixed Chargers (Mechanical dog enemies) charge pattern and charge visual effect.

  • Fixed various reward chest issues.

  • Fixed procedural generation of corridors.

  • Fixed the MainMenu Wishlist button, which was previously hidden.

  • Fixed several Online connection and reconnection issues.

  • Smootheed the Player Characters’ outlines.

  • Updated Crosshair.

  • Implemented a new UI screen for the Perks and the Merchant with additional explanations on how they work.

Next steps

  • Lots of small fixes and Quality of Life improvements

  • Improving performance, resource allocation, and loading times.

  • A lot of UI/UX improvements, both to the Main Menu and the Combat UI.

  • Balancing improvements, including making enemies smarter and adjusting the overall game difficulty.

  • Slicker visual effects on abilities and interactions.

And finally, you can expect a big content update on June 3rd!
