Salve, centurion ⚔️

Surprise, new update just dropped!

This update lays the groundwork for a more structured and efficient camp life in Summa Expeditionis, introducing key features like batch crafting at the Tier 1 workbench, the addition of the mule cart for logistics, and several new storage options—including officer-specific gear stands and trunks. Players can also explore five new complex recipes in the Tier 2 kitchen, while behind-the-scenes improvements optimize item stacking, NPC behavior, and overall camp performance.

NEW CONTENT

  • Added the mule cart as a constructible object in the storage category of the building menu.,

CHANGES

  • Gravel can now be crafted from stone at the stonemason’s workbench.

  • Rocks now always have a chance to yield gravel when broken.

  • When dropping items on the ground, they now pile up to a limit of 30 per stack, improving performance (fewer physical objects) and making it easier for NPCs to work and for players to locate items without dedicated storage.

  • Mules will no longer defend the camp by default—too many casualties

  • The Legulus (collector) will now only pick up items if storage is available, and will prioritize raw materials like thick grass, wicker, or straw over herbs and food.

  • NPCs will now loot the inventory of corpses when issued supply orders.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that disabled infinite production when manually adding items to the production queue.

  • Fixed a bug where some gathering tasks were canceled when using group orders.

  • Adjusted the colors of certain map markers for better visibility.

  • Fixed performance issues affecting larger camps, such as the training camp.
