fixedv1.0.8.1 was released recently fixing a few things and attempting to fix crashes related to glass destruction, that being said, the crash is still occurring on specific levels so I've gone ahead and disabled the glass destruction VFX effect until I have it completely fixed up (and confirmed) for another patch.
