NEXON CREATORS Operation Policy

NEXON CREATORS users must read and comply with the NEXON CREATORS Operation Policy.

We cannot provide assistance for any damages or inconveniences caused by failure to read the Operation Policy.

[1. Basic Operation Policy]

1.1 NEXON CREATORS is a platform provided by the Company for members who stream game content on YouTube or Twitch.

1.2 NEXON CREATORS serviced by NEXON Korea Corporation (hereinafter "Company") is operated in accordance with the NEXON CREATORS Operation Policy below. The Company provides quality service in accordance with this policy, and members selected for NEXON CREATORS (hereinafter "Creators") must operate in compliance with the Operation Policy.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Operation Policy and apply or implement a separate operation policy for each game in order to provide a stable service. In such cases, changes will be announced through the NEXON CREATORS website or the website of the game that offers NEXON CREATORS. Operation Policies that are applied separately for each game will take precedence over this Operation Policy. The Company is not liable for any disadvantages caused by failure to read the Operation Policy.

1.4 The Company may modify, reproduce, and edit content, such as videos, posts, and streams uploaded by Creators who have received or aim to receive support from the NEXON CREATORS service, and use such content for the Company's promotional purposes.

1.5 Any matters not covered by this Operation Policy shall follow "NEXON End User License Agreement and Terms of Service," "NEXON Privacy Policy," and other applicable laws and regulations.

[2. Creators Application and Deregistration]

2.1 Members aged 18 or older streaming game content can apply for the Creator status provided by the Company to participate in the NEXON CREATORS program.

2.2 The Company will select appropriate members among applicants as Creators based on internal criteria. However, there may be continuous evaluations of the Creator status even after selection, and your status may be terminated depending on the evaluation results. Upon status termination, benefits acquired from Creator activities may be revoked.

2.3 Members unable to use NEXON services related to NEXON CREATORS (Reward Point service, etc.) may not be approved to become Creators or be subject to service restrictions or termination of their Creator status.

2.4 Upon Creator application, members must verify their platform channel (YouTube, Twitch) when required. Channel information (channel name, channel images, etc.) can be used or displayed for the NEXON CREATORS service upon verification.

2.5 In the process of the Creator application, members cannot verify two or more Creator accounts through one platform channel or verify using another person's platform channel.

2.6 Creators can deregister themselves from the NEXON CREATORS service. However, deregistration is only possible when the Creator has at least 0 points for the applicable game.

2.7 Upon deregistration, Creator information will be deleted, destroyed or retained for a certain period in accordance with the NEXON CREATORS Operation Policy. Even after deregistration, your registration record will not be removed from the Reward Point service.

2.8 Upon deregistration, if there are any Reward Points yet to be redeemed, they will expire immediately regardless of the validity period, and you will not be able to search for registered user information or point accumulation history. Furthermore, forfeited points cannot be restored. However, previous point accumulation history can be viewed from the My Info page in the Reward Point service.

2.9 The Creator deregistration (status termination) takes effect immediately. You may become a Creator again by reapplying.

[3. Accumulation and Expiration of Creator Points]

3.1 NEXON CREATORS provides a service in which Creators can accumulate Reward Points (hereinafter "Points").

3.2 Creators will be awarded Points when they create content through campaign participation, and their participation is approved.

3.3 The Company may set or change the limit on the amount of Points that may be accumulated and redeemed according to its operational needs. Such information will be announced on relevant websites (NEXON CREATORS website, Sudden Attack Zero Point website, Reward Point website, etc.).

3.4 Points given as rewards for Creator activity can be checked through the My Points menu in My Studio.

3.5 The validity period for Points can be checked at the Reward Point redemption page. Accumulated Points will expire sequentially when the validity period ends.

[4. Obligations of Creators and Status Termination]

4.1 Creators must not violate game operation policies or notices, and if found doing so, their Creator status may be suspended or terminated. Furthermore, engaging in any illegal activities that violate applicable laws can lead to the termination of Creator status and legal actions.

4.2 Creators are prohibited from performing the following acts while streaming, creating content, or using the services provided by the Company; otherwise, their Creator status may be suspended or terminated.

• 4.2.1 Sexually explicit and obscene acts, such as sexual exposure, obscene chat, including chat directed at minors

• 4.2.2 Using the service in connection with gambling activities, directly or indirectly participating in, supporting, promoting, encouraging, or assisting gambling activities or gambling-like activities

• 4.2.3 Distributing personal information of others

• 4.2.4 Infringing the rights of others, such as distributing their personal information or infringing copyright

• 4.2.5 Repeated acts of using someone else's Creator account or providing your Creator account to others to repeatedly participate in events hosted by the NEXON CREATORS service to obtain rewards

• 4.2.6 Repeatedly uploading previously uploaded content or an edited version of such content to maintain the Creator status

• 4.2.7 Applying for Creator status using your own or another person's account as a NEXON employee (including affiliates) or as a direct relative of an employee (including spouses)

• 4.2.8 Acts that hinder healthy emotional development of minors (excessive profanity, provocative clothing, inappropriate remarks, etc.) and exposing materials or websites that are harmful to minors

• 4.2.9 Discrimination against or disparagement of others based on disability, region, religion, race, gender, etc.

• 4.2.10 Acts that violate applicable laws or public morals

• 4.2.11 Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or the games

4.3 All Points that have been accumulated before the suspension or termination of your Creator status may be forfeited in full.

4.4 If Points have been accumulated through unjust means, the Creator must compensate the Company for that amount.

4.5 When Creators upload or live-stream content supported by the NEXON CREATORS service on platforms such as YouTube, it must be marked as a paid promotion. If the Company suffers any damage due to the Creator's failure to comply with this requirement, their Creator status may be terminated, and they shall be liable for all damages suffered by the Company.
