Perdition | New Map
Welcome to Perdition! This variant of the lava-themed maps has you exploring the inside of a volcano. You can find this map for sale at Cory's map shop.
Failed Experiment | New Enemy
Introducing the Failed Experiment. This long-forgotten robot roams the interiors for unexpecting divers to play with. We will leave the rest for players to find out on their own.
Diver Mimic | New Enemy
Unattended dead bodies may have a chance to be possessed. Be careful!
Low Gravity | New Weather
Reach insane heights with this new weather type.
Fishing
No one asked, and we delivered! You can now fish in the biosphere for food items! Players must locate bubbles that spawn periodically in bodies of liquid.
Director Dory
A new NPC has joined! Director Dory is in search of beautiful photos. Meet their requests, and you will be rewarded!
Camera Detection System
Cameras now detect points of interest, including Morse code, items, enemies, players, specific props, and more! If detected, the camera will print an extra description at the bottom of the photo.
Keycode Camera | New Item
The original Keycode Camera has been renamed to just "Camera" and functions similarly but with the new detection system. A new pro-like Camera called the "Keycode Camera" will auto-translate photos of Morse code that you take! Very convenient!
Patches & Tweaks
Fixed bug where non-host players trying to open Item Vent would cause the swing animation and sound to repeat infinitely.
Fixed bug where Phages weren’t dropping aggro.
Fixed bug where Carrybot could pick up the Cartographer’s maps.
Fixed bug where the infected effect visual would stay after leaving the biosphere.
Items for sale in Rory’s Shop are now biosphere-specific.
Players now have a base weight of 100lb. Note: This base weight does not affect speed.
Pressure Plates are now easier, starting at 175lb and increasing by 25lb per player connected.
Player dead bodies & heads now display the player’s name who died.
Player dead bodies now save their skin to the save file.
Made sucking items from high places a bit easier.
Increased the amount of Item Vents in interiors.
Decreased the amount of Painting Items in the Brimstone/Perdition interiors.
Basketball Hoop plays a sound when a goal is made.
Carrybot now waits longer in his guarding state every time he enters it.
The door to Frostbite’s outside entrance staircase is much easier to notice.
Added information to Vaclight & other items to help explain their mechanics.
Added particles for when the Monster is fed & slop bucket spawn.
Player dead bodies now have 1,000 calories if they died from anything but melee or the Monster.
Wood Chairs can no longer be sat in. This change will improve load times and overall performance.
Morse Clipboard Item is now easier to spot in Server Rooms.
Cleaned up some interaction text.
Fixed stuck spot in Cartographer Cave.
