Added second ending

Complete rework of milestone system
Changed text the finish/death screen unique to each ending
Changed the way finishing the game is calculated
Normalised names of visible waypoints
Changed all dialogue (I totally didn't forget to save it while I reworked it)
Added collectibles
Added achievement for collecting all collectibles
Added achievement for completing the second ending
Added more items and recipes
Changed the description of some debug commands
Changed the cycle_milestone command
Pressing escape closes the debug console
Dropped items now keep player velocity
Using sonar now displays the distance to the object at the centre of the screen
The speed of the player is now displayed next to the direction marker
Removed the crafting menu in the tutorial
Rearranged the main menu background to reflect the update
Added a toggle to the main menu to load straight to the game instead of skipping all intros individually
Added an alarm to the player ship disabled by repairing systems
Fixed an issue where a death screen could sometimes appear upon winning
Fixed an issue where you were unable to harvest some large asteroids
Fixed issues where the player would still use fuel when moving and stopping when near some surfaces
Fixed an issue where you could sometimes not craft an item if you had more than you needed or materials were split
Fixed an issue where it would still display the text to fix an object after it had been fixed
Fixed an issue where fixable objects would ask for the correct item but using the wrong (internal) name
Fixed some issues of wrong materials
Fixed more issues of excessive shininess
