Added internal HDR Rendering

Specular highlights disabled on some materials
Simulated black hole shader now supports single-pass instancing
Doppler beaming effect fixed and increased
Changes to colour falloff of accretion disc
ISSUES:
Sonar picks up compass
V-Sync toggle sometimes not working
While using the simulated black hole, the explosion particles that are far away from the player at the time will not render.
