Structura 1.0.1 Improved the beginning phase. Changelog: Asteroid depletion when using sentinel mining. Jump operation now requires monoliths. New sentinel operation and menu (hull repair).

addedAsteroid depletion when using sentinel mining. Jump operation now requires monoliths. New sentinel operation and menu (hull repair). The unit starts with 0 matter, 0 antimatter, and 200 energy. Sentinel mining is now required to get resources at begin of game. Added Antimatter trap by default on sentinel mid modules (antimatter source). Depleted resources no longer make you lose the game instantly. Any resources at 0 will cause the hull to lose 1 hitpoint per tick. The emergency power state only consumes energy. New tutorial explaining how to mine asteroids, and kickstart the economy. Small fix for mouse over component panels.
