Small bug fixes and technical improvements for the Linux build,

Changelog:

  • Work to make the game Steam Deck Verified

  • Do not allow usage of the menu after a Pause game

  • Remove grey background from menus, tutorial

  • Make white text more readable

  • Draw bottom information text bit further from the edge of screen

  • Move attack timer above the core modules

  • Unit hull loss will not happen anymore when game is paused

  • Add System -> Version menu entry

  • Improve code structure

  • Update build system , latest gcc can be used
