Steinstern: Spacewar changes
Gameplay
Fixed the numbering of the doors in the tutorial level.
Reduced bounciness of player when hitting walls.
Increased pickup range for automatically picked-up items (gold, health, energy, special, lives).
Reduced the health for some enemies (mines, triangles and melee fighters).
UI
Keyboard: Pressing the 'Tab' key a second time does now properly close the character inventory menu instead of cycling through the elements (you can use the arrow keys or the mouse to navigate in the menus)
The "Quit Game" button in the in-game menu does now ask for confirmation.
Removed the key prompt image for the "Use" button on the ship. (The button prompt on the "use-target" should be sufficient.)
Ship model selection does now properly cycle through in both directions. (cycling back from 1 to 4 hasn't worked before)
