Steel Swarm: SURVIVOR changes
⚡ Update Overview
Welcome to patch 2026.3.2! This one is a lighter patch as we continue to improve the gaming experience. The main focus of this patch is to solve some of the issues that have been reported by our players. Additionally, we want to enhance player’s agency by improving their weapons, as well as making the enemy movements easier to respond to.
🎯 Gameplay and Balance
User Interface:
Added a button icon near the minimap that shows how to enlarge the minimap.
Weapons:
Increased Auto Cannon’s bullet size.
Increased Auto Cannon’s Area of Effect range, Critical Rate, and Critical Scale.
Weapon Upgrades:
Increased debuff durations of all weapon upgrades.
Increased debuff value of Shredder Shells and Virus Shells weapon upgrades.
Level Difficulty:
Reduced "Raze the Battlefield" distress call mission requirements for Hard and Extreme levels.
Reduced the rate of fire of "Pirate Machine Gun.”
Increased the damage of "Pirate Machine Gun" bullets.
🛠️ Bugfixes
Fixed an issue that caused some of the mission texts to not appear on "Record Store.”
Fixed an issue that caused the final boss of "The Port" to have the wrong map icon.
Fixed an issue that caused "Record Collect" distress call to not work.
Fixed an issue that caused the animation of “Police Drone” to flicker.
Fixed an issue regarding the VFXs of the tracked units.
🚀 Final Notes
This update, while being lighter in new content, aims to provide the player with a smoother gameplay experience. Additionally, we are working on many brand-new elements of play that are scheduled to be released soon. Ready your weapons Survivors, the battlefield is expanding.
