✅ 3 new loading screen tips;
✅ Next Page button added during the opening comic. This makes it clearer that the comic contains 4 pages;
🛠️ Changes 🛠️
✅ It is now possible to perform 2 different actions during the same turn in battles;
✅ Battle tutorial updated to mention the 2 actions per turn feature;
✅ The ESC key now opens/closes the Options menu;
✅ The Skip button during comics has been moved up to make room for the new button;
✅ The game's audio system has been reorganized. There are now 2 separate volume sliders: one for music and another for sound effects;
✅ Loading screen tips have been rewritten to make them quicker to read;
✅ Weapon upgrade costs have been reduced from level 6 and below;
Dev Comment: We noticed that some weapons and skills were rarely used because they consumed an entire turn and often did not feel worth it. After some testing, we decided to take the risk of allowing players to perform 2 different actions per turn. As a result, some weapons and skills will become stronger, and certain builds should now be much more viable.
📊 Balance Changes
Weapons:
🟡 All weapons have received adjustments to their damage scaling per level;
🟡 Club, Knife, Pistol, Katana, and Grenade Launcher now gain special effects from level 7 onward.
Dev Comment: During gameplay, many weapons became obsolete compared to slightly more upgraded alternatives, which discouraged players from using them. In this update, the damage scaling of all weapons has been reviewed and better balanced.
Skills:
🔴 Heal: healing scaling reduced at all levels;
🟢 Electrify: slight increase to damage dealt;
🟢 Electrify: upgrade costs reduced up to level 4;
🔴 Electrify: now requires the Iron "Refined Material" upgrade to reach level 10.
Armors:
🟢 All armors have had their level 1 cost reduced;
🟢 Copper and Titanium: shield scaling increased at all levels;
🟢 Titanium: Missile ability cooldown reduced from 9 → 5.
Enemies:
🟢 All enemies had their health scale riased from the first cemitery level onward;
👾 Bug Fixes 👾
✅ Electrify would sometimes deactivate after skipping a turn;
✅ The Steam "Double Production" upgrade was not saving correctly;
✅ It was still possible to start battles without a weapon equipped;
✅The Energy Shield attack animation was not playing. It should now at least display the single animation frame currently available;
✅ Some enemies were not reducing their buffs and debuffs at the end of their turns;
✅ Some weapon icons were swapped;
✅ The Bone Breaker skill description was incorrect and was missing the information that it deals damage;
✅ The Discharged Mark skill description was incorrect and falsely stated that it deals damage;
✅ The Electrify skill audio was not stopping when it should;
✅ The Skip Turn button tooltip remained visible even when it was not the player's turn.
