V0.0.34 Early Look January 21st Patch 1

Fixes: Worked on fixing the Scenario Editor for party popularity distribution it was doing a fallback where everything was set to 20%. Changed the region editor UI to use tabs instead of the dropdown.

  • Fixed the hardcoded tooltip UI for party popularity making them un-readable hardly on light themes.
