As some players express frustration with Hovercraft I implemented a few tweaks that will make them more stable:

- The force is now pushing outside on the forward axis (ie front hoverpod are pushing a bit forward), increasing stability

- The force is applied a the height of the Center of Mass. This is a big cheat.

- An anti tumble force is applied when the hover is spinning out of control

You can turn off the strength of those assistance in the computer if you want a more hardcore, physically accurate simulation.

WARNING: this update unfortunately reset your spring and damping settings. You will need to do a bit of tweaking again.

I tried my best to topple off...

Also:

- The anti-grav tool rotate only mode only works for stasis ship. this will make easier to manipulate hovercraft

- Assembler are now saving their queue

Thanks for playing!
