Meet the Minister of Flesh

An Azrinaran Elf from Apostae and a hired weapon for a powerful patron.

Broken by a traumatic past and driven by a voice only he can hear, Velkan does not simply kill, he crafts. Every target is an elaborate, sadistic performance, and your group is his next show.

He has a particular fixation with one of your companions. Why does the Borai matter so much to him?

That is something you will have to find out for yourself.

The Minister of Flesh is voiced by Christopher Tester (Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, Total War: Warhammer III).

You will have the chance to meet him in our demo, coming this summer, ahead of Early Access later this year.

Revealed at Tacticon

Velkan will be revealed as part of Tacticon 2026, a festival dedicated to tactical games running on

Steam from July 9 to 13.
