Welcome aboard, Officers!
Our first hotfix is now live! We have been closely following your feedback since launch, and this update focuses on resolving the most pressing performance, stability, and UX issues you have reported.
Below you will find the exact list of changes implemented in this update.
Changelog for Quest and PCVR:
Optimization: performance and stability improvements.
Appearance: Partial fix of image jitter and stuttering.
- AppearanceFixed certain occlusion issues
- AppearanceFixed missing Shuttle Pod's laser in Intro
- UXImproved UX for the chip insertion sequence and machine interactions.
- UXFixed the background visibility issue when subtitles are disabled.
- UXFixed Tricorder scan popup info appearing when unavailable
- UXFixed disabled map in certain late game quests.
- TutorialImproved Tricorder Tutorial message and ghost
Other minor issues fixed.
Additional PCVR Changes:
- UXAdded compatibility for HTC Vive and Valve Index headsets.
- AppearanceAdded shadowcasting to flashlight
