Changelog:

  • Implemented a failsafe in case some of the game files got corrupted during installation or update. In such cases players would have seen a spinning circle infinitely while trying to launch the game. Now a screen will be displayed informing the player of the corrupted files and instructing to verify the integrity of the files (a Steam feature) or to reinstall the game

  • Added the ability to choose between loading the last manual save or the last autosave

  • Added an option for controller-oriented locomotion

  • Fixed sector loading and door opening logic to prevent players from becoming trapped by certain doors in certain circumstances

  • Fixed the torpedo disarming logic that could have blocked progression in some rare cases

  • Fixed one of the important Grappling Sockets in the Magazine Bay that was not functioning correctly

  • Fixed a crash that occurred if a player tried to grab and release the Tricorder while in the pause menu

  • Fixed an issue during the “Chase Nu’Val” mission where loading an autosave could teleport the player back to a previous location, forcing them to return to the Warp Coil while the trail was unavailable and then to restart the mission

  • Fixed the door opening logic after the first Lumen spacewalk - introduced an additional computer UI button to open the door and implemented pressurization SFX

  • Changed the mission logic so that the player no longer loses access to the Tricorder when teleported to the Lumen

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the Autonomous Crafting Station UI to freeze

  • Fixed colliders for one of the objects in Life Support that the player could get stuck in

  • Fixed one of the dialogues with Lt. Weisz to trigger correctly after finishing the log recording in Impulse Fusion Generator

  • Fixed an issue that could lead to the Chrysalis respawning in an invisible state

  • Fixed several Voiceovers that were not playing correctly

  • Fixed several tutorial videos that were failing to play in the Tutorials menu

  • Fixed several instances where certain comments and dialogues would repeat unnecessarily

  • Fixed two of Nu’Val Ropes being placed wrong and working incorrectly

  • Fixed visual occlusion in one of the optional rooms near the Mess Hall

  • Fixed an issue preventing the additional dialogue with Daryal from appearing after the “Follow Daryal” mission

  • Fixed the computer explosion SFX implementation to ensure it triggers in all cases

  • Updated the access level and default state of door near the Impulse Fusion Generator to prevent players from taking an unintended route that bypass important content during the “Locate the armed photon torpedo” mission

  • Fixed the trail during the “Locate the armed photon torpedo” mission

  • Corrected or removed unwanted text when scanning certain objects

  • Improved texture quality of the Infected Crewmen uniforms
