【New Mode: Daily Challenge “Redline Challenge”】

After updating, if your save has cleared Difficulty 6, then re-enter the game and clear any difficulty once to unlock this challenge from the main menu.

Severe warning! This mode is brutal, extremely hard, even “wildly unfair”—aka Redline Mode. Attempt with caution!

In this mode, meta progression is disabled, SL is disabled, and you’re given fixed endgame gear and weapons.

Hard as it is, conquering it feels amazing! Your time will be recorded on the leaderboard for all to admire!

【Gameplay】

[New] Dual-element synergies for Magic Gold, Magic Wind, Magic Fire, and Magic Time.

[New] 4 ultimate gear items.

[Optimize] [Demon Form] Lv4 Bond: upon entering the form, if you unleash Rage Attack, deal AOE damage to nearby enemies equal to 90× max HP.

[Optimize] [Demon Form] Added post-transform invulnerability so you don’t get hit immediately. (Transform safely now.)

[Optimize] Under [Demon Form], the player gains Super Armor; no attacks will interrupt actions. (You still take damage.)

[Optimize] Curse: Homing Lightning now gives more warning to avoid unexpected hits.

[Optimize] Curse: “Lethal after 90s” no longer appears in boss arenas.

[Optimize] Curse: “Reverse controls on hit” no longer appears in boss arenas.

[Optimize] Curse: changed from “lose 2% max HP every 5s” to “lose 5% every 15s.”

[Optimize] Temporarily removed Curse: “Monsters persist for 6s after death.”

[Optimize] Mirror Challenge rooms: mirrors no longer one-shot players; you can at least withstand a hit. (No more sudden deaths.)

[Optimize] Ultimate gear [Heavy Strike Master] reworked: damage taken due to this gear no longer triggers damage-taken chain effects. (E.g., the “reduce max HP on hit” curse no longer counts, and no-damage states won’t break.)

[Optimize] Adjusted controller rumble on some weapons.

[Optimize] New meta devices auto-unlock based on clear difficulty; you no longer need to pick up specific items to unlock them. (No more missing unlock items.)

【Other】

[Optimize] Cleaned up text descriptions and corrected wording errors.

[Optimize] Attempted to improve Steam Deck external controller compatibility.

【Bug Fixes】

[Fix] With Bug Core equipped, mirrors would sometimes refuse to die. Fixed.

[Fix] Using [Rage Attack] could cause some enemy attacks to not display their VFX properly. Fixed.
