Happy New Year, Recruits!
Thanks for everyone's feedback on the Random Offensive gamemode! With this update, we've made some adjustments, as well as some general bug fixes and level design tweaks.
Full changelog down below:
Reduced 'Regrouping phase' between caps on RO from 3 minutes to 2 minutes
FOB Spawn tent operates like a rally and can no longer be placed inside cap zones
Increased starting time on Random Offensive from 30 mins to 45 mins
Added Flak36 to Werhmacht 1940 for Ch2 maps
Removed Matilda II from French tank decks
The Logistic AT placement global limit is now correctly working (4 per Team)
Changed Flak 36 global limit to 2 per teams
Add second radioman role for US with M1 Garand
Add second Radioman role for 1st Airborne with Lee Enfield
Removed Matilda MKII from CH2 maps.
Removed HEAT round from Chi-Ha.
Switched IJA 2nd Div sappers SMG for a rifle.
Added Johnson rifle option for 1st Div USMC radioman
Replaced P38s in Guadalcanal with Wildcats, added a bomb strafe version (2 bombs only) to balance against Betty.

Improved steering on the M3 Light Tank, M2A4, M5 Stuart and German Halftracks to resolve 'sliding' issues
Fix for animation being broken on revive
Fixed missing fading in audio on small arms weapons
Fixed on Kettenkrad, Sdkfz, KoHi and M3 Halftrack that on Track Mesh Updates there will be a cast fired every 0.05 seconds
Added Lee Enfield No4 as the primary weapon option for UK radioman
Fixed AT-gun global limit
Fixed that vehicle wrecks don't spawn after HE explosions
Fixed that some vehicles don't get correctly deleted from the server after being destroyed
Fixed values for the HE throwables being inconsistent, like Geballte Granate does more damage than 3kg of TNT
Fixed the Hellcat commander position being offset and dropped under the map
Fixed on Kettenkrad, Sdkfz, KoHi and M3 Halftrack Track Mesh Updates is too slow and did a performance update
Fixed misconfigured mortar explosion sounds (2inch/3inch/4inch). Fixed Cannon firing audio not having its distance delay, resulting in cannons fired 700m away would play instantly instead of a delayed arrival due to distance.
Fixed issues with Jagdpanzer IV engine sounds.
Fixed some simple Chinese translations

Fixed missing weapon sound fading on some 3p sound cues

Fixed armour sections now showing on Utah and some other maps
Fixed the incoming bomb sound being delayed and playing after a bomb hit.
Fixed Bombs not playing effects upon direct armour hits. Fixed Corsair Rocket sound looping for a minute after rocket impact.
Fixed some LSM walls missing impact effects or having incorrect physmats.
Fixed on SME a pond that kills the player directly
Fixed on US 101st that tank SL is not picked automatically by opening the section
Add a fix for "verylongplayer" name if a player enters a tank/vehicle + fixed some errors with a valid check
Fixed blocking volume on Citadel for Dinant RO
Geo fixes on Arnhem, Colmar, Dinant. Grave, Haguenau, Heelsum and SMDM
Fixed missing cap name on Rethymno RO
Fixed redzone covering Pirgos cap on Maleme RO
Amendments to staging zones on all RO layers aside from Iwo Jima RO (Defenders can no longer main camp from the start)
Geo bugfixes on multiple maps (more to come in next builds)
Some capzone layouts tweaked on some RO layers that were too close together
Velmolen RO Allies logi spawners relocated from floating
LSM: various Geo fixes, evening lighting amendment (shadows were really dark)

Fixed map layer name from Rethimno RO 01 to Rethymno
Fixed that the normal server startup layer was an unused level causing problems, now changed to Veghel RO
