Spud Keeper changes
The Spud Keeper demo is planned to go live on Steam later today!
It is still rougher than I wanted, but I decided not to postpone it and release it on this day that I set. The demo will let you try the core loop: defend potatoes, survive waves, smash bugs, and earn coins and spuds for upgrades and meta upgrades.
I’ll keep updating the demo after launch, especially based on player feedback. The next update is already in the works and just to mention in general what it will bring: UI/UX updates, a lot of visual updates, more tools and upgrades, balance changes. Before this larger update I will probably do a few small fixes to include a link to a feedback form and to fix issues that I receive from the feedback over forms or reviews.
If you try out the game, feedback on bugs, confusing parts, balance, and what feels fun would help a lot.
