Features in Development
Over 1000 people have grabbed the demo! Plays are on the rise.
While the Demo is out, it does not yet contain the full spectrum of planned content; I'm hard at work expanding on future areas that provide much more narrative and ways to play.
Map Exploration Tests:
Lots of details will emerge in future updates. Early feedback on the potential is very positive. Exploring substrate (or growing habitat) for mushrooms really does involve stretching out and searching for nutrients, and this plays out excellently in a large bundle of new content....
Seek the bounds of the map
Launch spores for discovery
Reveal opponent networks
Additional Mushroom Avatar gameplay, and more...
New Bloom Artworks:
The roster of growable Blooms for EACH Spore is increasing... While the names and design are not yet revealed, there will be exponential growth in the number of build combinations...go for mass networking, or a balance of defense and propagation.
Maybe you're just hooked on their unique completion bonuses...
Public Demo News:
Thanks for all the wonderful feedback! Discord, in-game forms and messages are helping reveal improvements and expect continued support & updates for the public content throughout development.
Version 1.0.2 is planned including:
Wind adjustments (for more frequent changes)
Continued bug fixes in tutorial/matches
New Animated Networks
Exhaustion Event issues
Teasing newest Bloom additions (above)
I'm greatly enjoying the process and challenges of building this game, so please stay tuned...the full experience is still to be sampled! If you've enjoyed it, share it with someone who likes strategy. - Jake (SporeBloom Dev)
