Championship Mode-
Qualify – Earn your place on the starting grid, just you and the timer on the track for a single lap, make it a good time and you might just make Pole position! Be warned though, each time you improve, so do your fellow racers.
Race – Compete with the other 29 cars for those championship points! There are no checkpoint timers here, this isn’t the arcade, everyone is racing against for the best position and time. Each championship presenting a selection of tracks, several never seen before!
Arcade mode
rebalancing of difficulty
Arcade mode collectables added – Scattered throughout the arcade levels there are a few extra items out there for you to collect, (or tip over 😉 ) there’s a good chance the eagle-eyed player might even be rewarded for collecting them.
Improvements
Each track now has a drone powered flyby to help you commit the curves and straights to memory before you hop in the hot seat.
AI - Several improvements to the AI to make it better and more fun to race with, better track positioning and cornering to make the races more challenging and fun.
Car handling
Camera – more dynamic for better views whilst you race, and an all new nose camera!
Start up – the start up of the game has been enhanced to get you to the action faster.
Full rebuild of the menus – same classic SPGP style, all new version, tighter and leaner.
UI layouts – better support of more resolutions, from ultrawide to low resolutions, things stay in place, and where you are looking.
Stats - Best times logged by Car class and difficulty per track
Additional Trophies added – More of the planned achievements have been added and are unlockable, with the rest to follow over the next releases.
Better manual gear box – Improvements to the manual gearbox.
Track signage – Each track has received attention improving the signage to help you find your way around without having to take your eyes off the action. Along with additional waving flags and trackside effects.
