Added optional Primary Button functions in controls menu (press to undock, hold to reset level when using time-attack-helper) - Added slider to general menu to adjust button snapping distance (lower percentage means you have to get the tip of your finger closer to the button)
Adjusted "arm geometry" for menu panel (is no longer just random cylinders) - Adjusted crate collision behaviour when docking at high speeds (reduces chances of backflipping)
Fixed issue where missile wouldn't detonate when resetting level via race restart - Fixed issue where missile particles would persist between level restarts - Fixed issue where Vive controller image wouldn't show correctly on the "race restart" hint panel
