If you've been following along, you already know the game. If you're new — welcome! Spa World is a cosy isometric management sim where you build and run a spa empire, from a leaky ghetto sauna all the way to a celestial wellness sanctuary. No apocalypse. No timers. Just vibes and mild financial anxiety.
What's in the Early Access launch build:
🏗️ 5 Campaign Levels
Urban Ghetto Spa → Suburban Wellness Centre → City Retreat → Island Resort → Celestial Sanctuary. Each with its own goals, budget, and guest mix.
🛋️ Furniture System
Rooms are furnished before opening. Required items make the room functional, optional items add revenue, capacity, speed, or daily rep. Every room is a deliberate choice.
🎨 Room Themes
Pick a theme before placing a treatment room — Nordic, Japanese, Celestial, or Natural. Each changes how the room performs. Themed rooms tint on the canvas so you can read your spa at a glance.
🎭 Events with Real Decisions
12 events, 3 choices each. Fix the burst pipe properly, let Cousin Eddy have a go for $300, or ignore it. Each option has consequences. The cheap middle option always has a catch.
🚪 Entrance Fee
Charge guests just to walk through the door. Set it from the Reception panel. Guests on a tight budget will turn away at the entrance.
👑 VIP Guests, Seasons & More
VIPs trigger a purple alert on arrival. Autumn brings falling leaves, winter brings snowflakes. Staff have personalities. Packages bundle rooms for a revenue bonus. There's a cheat menu.

🍽️ Dining — restaurant, bar, and snack stand
🌍 Localisation — Simplified Chinese first, more to follow
