NEW STEAM DEMO COMING SOON!

We come bearing gifts, Sovereign! We’re happy to announce that we’re going to be dropping a brand-new demo right here on Steam on 16th April!

Over 15,000 of you have played the itch.io demo. Which is a particularly wild number considering we only announced the game in January. We’d like to take a moment to thank all of you so much for the kind words and support so far. We’re so happy you’ve been enjoying our fantasy world and the (somewhat) endearing characters we’ve created.

Sovereign Tower Demo

So, what’s difference between the itch demo and the new Steam version? The most significant difference inclusion of the Demon feature, which we’ll discuss in more depth below...

LET’S CHECK OUT THE DEMON FEATURE!

Lying dormant in the Crypts of the Tower is a Demon who can turn back time should you wish to engage. Made a rash decision? Not happy with the outcome of a quest? Not to worry, you can chat to your squeaky little ‘friend’ and they’ll give you another chance to right your wrongdoings. The best part about it all? You go back with all the knowledge you have learned in the past...

You might notice in one of the images above the “Omniscience” response. This option is only presented to those who are brave enough to turn back the very hands of time. Like we mentioned, you go back with all the information you gathered the first time round, which enables you to make decisions with hindsi.. ahem... foresight. This often allows for quicker resolutions and more concise decision making.

The Demon feature doesn’t just let you correct your bad decisions or unwanted outcomes. It also opens new pathways, many new options and even new characters... without any world-ending price attached, of course.

That’s all for now!

Wild Wits & Curve Games.
