Solo Knight changes
Good morning, knights, and happy Monday!
Last September, we first talked about the *Solo Knight* Steam version and released a playtest demo. Then in December, we asked for your feedback and received a wealth of genuine, detailed suggestions.
Over the past few months, aside from developing the new S17 season, we’ve been doing one thing:
Turning your feedback on the Steam version into actual improvements, one by one.
Today, we are here to give you the latest progress report, along with some big news—the official Steam version will launch simultaneously with the S17 season, and it will support data cross-play with the mobile version!
■ Gameplay Experience Upgrades
Added keyboard movement (WASD)
Support for continuous movement by holding down the mouse button (no more frantic clicking)
Overall more flexible controls, smoother movement in combat
■ Graphics & Window Support
Added windowed mode
Support for resolution adjustments
One-click master volume toggle
Finally, you can idle while doing other things
■ Display & Field of View Improvements
Combat interface: expanded field of view (easier to spot enemies and traps)
Talent interface: optimized default zoom (shows more content horizontally)
- Ghost interfaceincreased display limit (shows more ghost departments)
■ Data Cross-Play Support
Support for logging in with non-Steam accounts
Data synchronization between mobile and PC
Seamlessly switch devices without starting over
■ Basic Optimizations
Improved multilingual text
Fixed known PC-specific issues
In addition to the optimizations above, we have several more improvements planned for future updates:
Optimized backpack/stash display (show more items on a single screen)
Equipment backpack filter (find gear faster)
Settings menu interface more suited to PC usage habits
Custom key bindings
Potion system optimization (streamlined some operations)
Thank you again for your support—stay tuned for more news! After launch, we will continue to collect your feedback and work on further optimizations as scheduling allows.
