Hello everyone. Today I have some optimization related things to release. I wanted to hold off a little longer to finish character updates but there have been reports of very bad performance and I think I have the solution for the most part taken care of. This is especially important for AMD graphics card users.

General performance improvements
Night lights on colonized planets
Planetary map shaders simplified and optimized significantly
New bad character traits
New really good character traits
1% of characters will generate as "great people" and get very high stats and other big bonuses
You can now pay stability to recruit characters
CPU optimizations for backend logic
Fixed crash bug with AI returning territories to itself
Workshop Items can now include .json files which modify game content
Changed workshop item creation workflow
Protectorates now give unrest reduction but also reduce assimilation
NOTE
I have recently updated Engine versions for the project. This means there are a bunch of small incongruities I may have not found yet, so if anything looks out of place let me know.
