SMYS : Show Me Your Stairs changes
We finally reached the end of the Early Access roadmap! It was a quite a journey but we made it. The game will officially exit Early Access on May 15th.
Building Phase Events
Taking into account all the feedback we received since the Early Access release, what comes out of it is most players prefer playing Picking Phases than Building Phases. So to address it we decided to add special events that will randomly occur during most Building Phases.
Meadawn As the first Building Phase to have been featured in the game, we decided to keep this one as it is. That way if some players still want to without any events they can do so by disabling every other Building Phases in the game configurator.
Jungle Night In the jungles of the world of SMYS lives an uncommon type of primate, the moonkey. They live by night and will come steal your stuff if you're not careful.
Frozen Canyon It's been called a canyon since the start but the ground was flat, now there are 3 different ground layouts with holes in them. It will force you to place your blocks differently to build bridges above the holes to then reach the yumyum, also you can fall in the holes obviously.
Lava Chambers The lava chambers are within an active volcano that will occasionally wake up and the lava will rise up. Don't stay on the floor or you'll get burnt!
New Soundtracks
The Vanta Black game mode and Time Attack game mode finally have their own dedicated soundtrack. All soundtracks are now done and will soon be available as a DLC for anyone wanting to further support us.
New Achievement Icons
Every single one of the 52 achievements now have a dedicated icon, here is a look at all of them :
