Slot Theory changes
NEW
New tower: Voltspear - a charge-up burst tower that releases a powerful electric-spear shot. Unlocked via the Unstable Anomaly map.
Tower Ban screen - before a skirmish run, ban up to 3 towers from your draft pool (or none) to steer how your run plays out.
Auto-Pick for endless mode - a toggle that drafts for you, now driven by a trained AI that plays a strong deep-build strategy.
Resonance Tiles - procedural maps can now feature buff tiles that boost towers placed on them.
End-of-run recap - a personality summary on the end screen, with build-identity headlines that describe how your run actually played out.
PERFORMANCE
Major late-game performance gains - enemy rendering and combat effects were heavily reworked; busy and late waves run roughly 2x the frame rate they used to.
- VFXAdaptive effect detailwhen your frame rate dips, combat VFX automatically simplify to keep things smooth, then stay full-detail on capable hardware. Keeps the mid-game fluid on lower-end machines.
FIXES
Screen shake no longer drifts the playfield when multiple shakes overlap.
Restored enemy glow during busy waves - enemies no longer wash out under heavy load.
