Repeated intro
Greetings, Today we are very pleased to put this update out for testing. It includes a major push for gamepad support to where it is nearly fully supported. There are a few parts that still needed work and that is the remapping key selectors (you can remap the button layout completely) and the crash-corse page. With gamepad support we had to implement an aim assist system that helps the player shoot. The math is normally rather straight forward for this until you add turret turn rates into the equation, this means that the prediction is sometimes off, This more relies on the player positioning and attack angels to help it aim for more constantan hits. That been said its still rather good as long as your not glancing past your target. Speaking of targets the aim assist does target and is now indicated by the red circle around the bot. Targets are acquired by pointing the main turret at a bot, it will always grab the closest bot if there are many bots in a row. The player can issues a retarget command or if you pull your aim away from the current target it will drop the old target and get another. Middle mouse button for keyboard users and right thumb stick button for gamepad users. the Target angel is different for each controller type. 15 degrees for keyboard, and 35 degrees for gamepad. This, in testing felt the best, but we may add a way to lower this depending on feedback. This system can be disabled for keyboard/mouse users in the settings menu. Do note that this setting does not save at this stage and will have to be reset if you exit the game and reload.

There are also a tone of other changes and bug fixes that have come in this patch along with some graphical fixes as well I do hope you enjoy the changes and the bit more relaxed game play state
