changedLeaderboard adjustmentsLeaderboard skillscore calculation will be getting some tweaks, which includes adding a new stat to the public: Last login. We will now see how many days its been since your last play on your leaderboard entry.
addedLeaderboard adjustmentsStats are not stored online automatically. They are stored in your save data. Only a select few stats used for the leaderboard are synced to the online component of this game. Which means when I add new stats, that stat in the online copy will be blank until the user opens the game again, where it can then be synced. With that said, Last login will not impact your skillscore, for now. It may someday in the future, but not until its a more mature stat that a majority of players have synced.
addedImproved learning toolsSkyfear is getting a dedicated Practice Mode, which includes sandbox-like elements to let you try out various things, and visual tracers on projectiles that may help new players understand how projectiles actually work. New players will earn a Material bonus for using the Practice Mode for a few minutes.
addedImproved learning toolsIn addition, the “how to play” menu is getting many improvements, including the ability to access it from the Pause menu, and adding bonus Material rewards for reading through the pages.
addedVarious med-big improvementsVarious improvements to Magic UI and some under-the-hood logic, Server Browser, Match feed/Game chat, Main Menu, and currently testing improvements to flying speed, and an upcoming single player daily challenge feature. New magic behavior will be added soon, which will allow more more magic types later on, and of course the dragon model is going through some improvements, but some of these things are more easily delivered in semi-monthly updates than others. Lot of testing.
