addedOn the Steam side of things, Cloud Saves have now been implemented, as well as achievements carrying over from the Demo to the Full Game. But there are plenty of in-game changes as well! The Card Altar has been given a reworking, visually and mechanically, for a more cohesive look and balanced gameplay. Speaking of reworks, the keyword Zap has undergone some major changes to how it works. We hope this will make it easier to understand, and give it a more viable effect in combat. And when you win a combat round using your new Zap deck, watch as combat automatically resolves! No more awkward end phase after the last enemy, requiring you to end your turn. But, if ending your turn is not enough, and you’re ready to start up a new run from scratch, you can immediately do so by clicking the newly-minted “New Run” button in the pause menu. No need to go back to the main menu first! If a particular round of combat proves to be too troubling, but you aren’t ready to say goodbye to your deck or your run yet, you can click our new “Try Again” button on the Game Over screen, because we all deserve a second shot at things!
