Hey there Shufflers 'n Scufflers!
This past week has been a whirlwind, and we'd like to extend a massive heartfelt "Thank you!" from all of us here at Sour Circuit Studios to everyone who has supported our game and given us feedback! We've been listening, and hard at work coming up with ways to balance the game, add clarity, and get rid of sneaky bugs.
Here's what's new:
Updated/Reworked Features:
Endless now includes enemies from all areas.
Bosses now show tooltips and status effect amounts when hovered over while tooltips are enabled.
Balance Changes:
Increased Astronomer's starting mana each combat (1 -> 2)
Keyword Surge now applies its amount increase based on the most recent damage.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug where all classes used the Traveler's portrait in the pause menu after resuming a game.
Fixed a bug where Knight could be unlocked by losing a battle against a boss.
Fixed a bug where Astronomer could not unlock difficulties past the second difficulty.
Fixed a bug where cards could reduce their cost past 2 less at the Graveyard.
Fixed a bug where excess mana could be retained into the boss fight from the previous combat.
Fixed a bug where the Crossroads could be interacted with while looking at the deck view.
Fixed a bug where enemies could get stuck on the grid when killed during their walking animation.
Fixed a bug where the mana damage difficulty used the incorrect description.
Fixed a bug where the left/right mana commit settings option did not work.
Fixed a bug where the fifth difficulty reset back to the first difficulty when resuming a run.
Updated Astronomer's description to use the correct number of turns before their mana increases.
