changedI've always loved the simplicity of NES games and Vampire's Best Friend was inspired not only by the look and sound of a game from the 80s, but the hardware and scope limitations as well, focusing on a really fun and simple concept. It combines an open-ended structure of metroid without limiting your exploration with upgrades. Instead you face a bunch of precision challenges using your unique flying mechanics as a bat that lead you around winding paths through a gothic castle.
