When the cat did a U-turn in a vent the camera would sometimes move outside the vent. This would then cause the level to unload.
If the player re-loaded a save in the playground area immediately after playing through it some doors were not reset to their initial positions correctly.
The player was able to open a door in the library that should have been locked.
