Update notes for 1.26.3.3

If a the cat was walking to a waypoint when the player re-loaded a previous save, the cat would continue to walk to that waypoint after the save was loaded.

The music in the elevator was not turning off when the cat exited it.

The vent near the shopping mall reception should have been locked from the outside but wasn't.
