Shenanigans changes
Added a button to the main menu to create singleplayer games with 0 to 7 NPCs (1-8 total players).
Playing without NPCs might result in unexpected/missing behavior for cards that interact with opponents. — e.g. stealing coins from or giving dice to an opponent won't do anything.
Added options in the lobby settings to change the behavior of NPCs.
How often should NPCs play cards, if possible?
Should NPCs primarily play cards favorable or unfavorable for themselves?
Should NPCs always target the first, last or a random player when selecting opponents?
