Last month I mentioned that I didn't think about plug sockets. Well now I did think about plug sockets. A lot.

At first I was just going to copy a normal English plug, but then I thought that I could do whatever I want. And if I can do whatever I want, why not make it my logo? So that's what I did. I could have just left it at that, but if I'm going to do something I may as well plan it properly.

The outer part of the logo, the main hexagon, extends past the inner section, and functions as the ground for the cable. The inner section is shorter, and carries the actual power. This is inspired by the way English plugs are designed, with a longer ground pin paired with two smaller power-carrying pins.

I also spent an unreasonable amount of time working on the screws. At first they weren't there at all, but then I spent some time trying different screw heads until I finally settled on hex-head screws. They seemed the most appropriate, and they're what I like best irl too.

Finally, I also made a lightswitch. Well that's kinda a lie, I actually made that first, but it's the least interesting of the things I made so I left it till last. It won't do anything in the game anyway.

See you next month.
